In partnership with the Imaginarium, clients engage in a process known as the Imaginarium Way. The Imaginarium Way combines the core principles of human centered design with best practices in research, strategic planning, and culturally relevant pedagogy. To spark curiosity and creativity, clients explore innovative school models across the country, and connect with experts in personalized learning, innovation and school design. After six to eight months of design work, clients craft a three to four year implementation plan, and begin to pilot their new school model. But support from the Imaginarium does not end here. Instead, we help clients refine and scale their pilots over time to ensure implementation goals are achieved.
