Connecting mindset and metacognition—Participants will understand the link between mindset and metacognition and how both together improve learning. Participants will become familiar with two aspects of metacognition: reflection and self-regulation.
• Developing metacognitive skills—Participants will hear how to develop a culture of metacognition in the classroom and become familiar with strategies for helping students regulate, monitor, and guide their learning.
